Flemings fudges have been developed over many years and carefully refined to reflect changing consumer tastes, product innovations and manufacturer preferences. They are suitable for all applications including piping, dipping and enrobing, and have excellent non-stick properties to allow perfect contact wrapping.
 
Our fudge icings are also fast drying with good gloss, are freeze-thaw stable and give a smooth, soft eating texture with easy cutting properties.
