Focus

The humectant properties of Focus make it suitable for a wide range of  bakery applications.  Focus will increase the shelf life of baked goods, giving a softer and more moist crumb.  Focus is particularly suitable for applications in all types of cakes and confectionery products.  Focus allows, if desired, a reduction in recipe sugar level equal to three quarters of the weight of Focus added.
