Flemings Fudge Icings are ideal for use on a wide range of confectionery and fermented goods, where a short, soft eating icing is desirable. Fudge Icings are suitable for all applications: piping, dipping or enrobing and have excellent non-stick properties allowing contact wrapping. They are quick drying, freeze-thaw stable, cut cleanly without splintering and have excellent flavours. Flemings Softee toppings are designed where a softer ready-to-use fudge style icing is desired. It can be piped or spread from the pail when at ambient temperature. |

- Heat to 42-45C, adjust to desired consistency with water or simple syrup.
- Can be machine beaten to piping consistency.
