Our modern purpose built factory provides an ideal manufacturing environment and centrally located distribution centre. In the hands of our highly trained staff, the result is quality, safe product, manufactured to the consistently high standards demanded by our customers.
Product Development
We produce an extensive range of products as a result of innovation and technical development. Our technical service can provide specific recipes and products developed in conjunction with our customers to meet their particular requirements.
Customer Service
Our friendly sales team ensures that customers' enquiries and orders are handled and processed efficiently, while our field based technical service provides product and process advice and support in addition to engineering guidance for the handling of bulk product.
We are very aware of the consumer demands that are placed on our customers, and pride ourselves on our ability to meet those demands by ensuring that the right product is delivered where required, on time, every time.
Product Performance
Clearly our products must meet our customers' criteria with regard to flavour, colour and texture. Just as important, however, is the need for them to perform efficiently in different baking environments. That's why we work closely with our customers to ensure that our products meet their specific demands with regard to storage, bulk handling, bake stability and other process requirements.

Quality is of paramount importance to us. The careful selection and inspection of raw materials; the detailed and continuously reviewed quality systems; the modern manufacturing techniques; the in-house training - all these combined with our sales support and product development facilities ensure that the customers requirements are consistently met.
Storage and Delivery
Our extensive warehouse allows us to respond rapidly to our customers' demands for our standard products. Stocks of product for specific customers can be stored by special arrangement.
Our products can be packed to suit the customer, from 6 Kg
pails to 1000 Kg returnable containers and our central location near the motorway network provides convenient access to all parts of the UK and Ireland.
